FEETS foot exfoliate bootI had the opportunity to try FEETS foot exfoliator and what a mess!!! It took about two weeks for it to work and I thought after a week that the product just didn't work or was defective. Then a mass of peel started and lasted for about 10 days. It was summer and summer shoes & sandals everyday. My feet looked like a had a rare disease. I tried moisturizing, I tried soaking and still the peel was so random that my two feet looked like I had some skin disease. You would think I would have nice soft, clear skin after this but NO.... the peeling was so arbitrary that the peel was random and on the two areas that had callous - NOTHING! The peel did nothing in these areas. The worst part of this issue - I contacted the company and they took about 2 weeks to get back to me! Then, they said "so do you want your money back", not asking why or how or anything to learn about my experience as a consumer - the person sounded like they had no interest. I said "yes" realizing that they didn't care much about consumer feedback at that point. Several weeks ago now and I've heard nothing. Sounds like a deadbeat company to me. First time purchasing their products but thought I write this to tell others to beware. This is not a company who is consumer oriented in the least and not interested in learning how their product works in the population. Not a company I'd like to be a customer of. Also, the product was much more trouble that it's worth - you have to sit for an hour with these boots on, can't walk because you slip around and then have to wait to get any results. Lots better products out there! Shop around!!!
